Locked Put

i believe I've been hacked and now I'm locked out of my account going through my security questions does nothing it says "sorry this service is unavailable right now. try again later" or something a long those lines, OR when I'm finished with my security questions it just restarts them until I exceed my hourly limit. I have done nothing wrong as far as I'm aware. I demand that my account is unlocked immediately

As you know, Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). To dispute that determination, you can file the form at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603972907.

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. (Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.) If the issue lasts longer than 24 hours, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, submit the form at https://www.facebook.com/help/www/186570224871049.
