Facebook is making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. During this time, you will not be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours.

(Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.)

If your maintenance lasts longer than 24 hours, you may wish to follow these instructions to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, try submitting this Facebook form.

i had the same problem as you. All you can do is to wait. Sending reports to facebook help center won't do the trick. they never really fix it. But don't worry, you can still recover your account. Good luck. :)
