Fb Shut Down My Account Due To Someone Reporting I Was Not Me.

2 Years Ago I Tried Closing My Oldest Account. I Was Unsuccessful---so I Opened A New Account Not Realizing This Is Apparently A No-no---but I Know Lots Of People That Own 2 Accounts. I Need My New Account Re-opened With Access & I Am Happy To Close Out Old Account & Get It Erased. I Sent Several Emails But No Response From Fb. Please Help. I Am Happy To Submit A Photo Id---i Am Not Real Computer Savy So Just Need Support---thank You So Much
