My Fb Problem Is Not Covered In The Help Center. My New Password Is Not Workin

My FB problem is not covered in the HELP center. My new password is not working. I went through the recovery process, but my e-mail has changed, I also forgot my security q's answer ! When I had codes sent to 3 friends, I accidentally deleted the e-mail with the link to the page where I had to submit the codes!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO???
