I have a blackberry storm and while I use to receive a red star notification symbol when any activity occurred on my fb account, I no longer do. I have been to verizon several times. we've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, verified settings, system restore and went as far as swapping the phone out for a new on and the problem persists. Asking around, I now realize its a common problem. Please help!
