Deactivate An Old Account

i need help to deactivate an old account. I can not get to my account with my picture, it goes directly to my old account. Please if someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Please email or call me ive tired everything that you told me to on the help pages and nothing works. Why dont you people answer the phones?

1. "Why dont you people answer the phones?" We're an independent help site not connected with Facebook. Facebook however does not offer phone support.

2. If all you want to do is deactivate your old account, here's how. For deactivation, click "Deactivate your account" at: http://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security. For deletion, go to: https://www.facebook.com/help/224562897555674?sr=1....

2. If you still can't log into your (new) account, go to https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/357439354283890.
