I Have Two Accounts Useing The Same Emaill Address! I Need Help

I have Two accounts on the same emaill address and I need to get to one, but when I type in my emaill address it comes up with the wrong one. I click on the "this is not my account" button but the same one still comes up when i type in the emaill so i can not get to it!! I NEED HELP!! :)

I just tried to make another facebook account using the same email and i got a red warning box saying the email address i submited was in use by another account. Maybe you used different capitolization in the lost account or used another email address, What you can do is delete the account you do not want in the setting located in the top left corner. Then try to find your lost account or make a new account more to your liking.
