Blocked From Switching Devices

how can I get back into my account after being blocked from multiple password change ? The first few times I tried changing my password I got a error message blocking me from being able to log in my emails and phone number they are still the same but I had switched to another divice with the same number and same information why am I blocked for 30 days when I put in all the right information they asked ? Very frustrating because I can now not communicate with any of my family or friends :( please email me at [email protected] to resolve this issue I'm havingthere should be customer service on site with problems like this instead of suspending us over error codes that never came to my divice sms ? Please help Ive been a Facebook fan for years and never had this problem till now.
