My Account Was Hacked I Changed Email And Psswrd Now My Device Isn't Recognized

i have no phone number listed so i cant receive sms codes to verify my account and my only device was removed and not recognized IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

use the "Contact Us" within facebook and submit a government issued photo I.D. explaining your dilemma along with your phone number that you would like attached to your new account and if at all possible avoid logging into Social sites using public computers, there is a program called "facebookprogramdecryptor" that will pull up any and all passwords from all facebook users that logged in using a public computer. I was surprised when the guy sitting next to me suddenly said hey, look at this check this out! He had immediate and instantaneous access to over 2,000 current e-mails and passwords simply by transferring the program via USB stick.
