How Do I Speak To A Live Customer Service Rep. At Facebook...i Need A Telephone

Prior to 1/6/2012, my password was njg0524 at work{ 718-585-2500}. The library took the old password, njg4851, but would not accept njg0524. A prompt came up to provide aphone #. The origional # provided was my home # 718-320-2037. That was followed by providing my work # 718-585-2500. I do not have a cell phone. The prompt asked me to check to be sent a text or check call me. I checked call me. It keeps telling me to try again latter, but I've tried at least 6 times..I need to speak to a C>S>R> to get this fixed.What can be done.
