How Do You Reset Your Old Email To Your Most Recent Email On Facebook &password

I locked myself out of my facebook because i didnt update my old email to my most recent email. Now that i forgot my old password to my yahoo account...I cant check for the confirmation code to reset my password bec the email i use now isnt registered..How do i reset all of it in get nto using my facebook again...??

There are two possible solutions to this problem.

You could log in with an alternate email address you may have registered with Facebook.
You could fill out this Facebook form for folks with an expired or invalid email address.
