How Can I Receive A Confirmation Code Email From Facebook?

My account was hacked a month ago. I sent facebook the copy of my passport. They verified it and give me a code. After changing my password i cannot access my account because it says my account was compromised.They asked for a new email address because I cant access the old one. I gave them a new one but they didnt send any confirmation code . I tried many times but it didnt work and they blocked me from sending codes that I didnt get. They said its a karma blocked. I didnt get a code. I need my account back. What else can i do?

Facebook has instructions for those times when you can't receive a confirmation code.
