Total Account Deletion

I just went through the "Account Deletion" process on Facebook and received a confirmation that it could take 90 days to completely remove all my information, even though I requested PERMANENT DELETION. I discovered, quite accidentally, that another Facebook "account-holder" had hi-jacked my personal data, including my website and was using my name and personal data, for themselves.Additionally, they had made another Facebook "page" using my data, website, including images from my website domain, without my permission.
