well theres two things you can do...1st is find a way to get on his profile when he doesnt know and go to settings then go to security(security settings)then at the very bottom they'll be a section sayys deactivate account click on that and hit yes that will permanetely erase his account.2nd is you can contact the facebook security people and tell them the situation an most likely since your his mother they will override his account and erase his account for good
