To protect users and remain compliant, Facebook actively refunds orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized. Doing so prevents chargebacks and builds trust with good users who many fall victim to fraud. As a developer, you have the opportunity to review user disputes and issue refunds as well  Before contacting us for assistance with an unauthorized charge, please review the following possible situations that could explain the charge: -Do you have a spouse, friend, relative, or co-worker who has access to your card number and may have made a purchase with your card? -Do you have a child away at school who has access to the card? Have you asked them about this charge? -If this charge is not explained by any of the situations above, please click here to submit a request for assistance with an unauthorized charge.

even though you know who did it i would still fill out this form as it is the only place to file
