Facebook Needs A 1-800 Customer Service Line..

I recently created an account. Now, for some reason it will not accept my password. It's asking me to upload a picture to verify my identity. And even when I so this, I am still i unable to get in. All I want to do now is get in and deactivate the account for good. How can I do so??
