How Do I Close A Facebook Account Without Remembering The Signin Stuff?

A friend in prison, who became a Pastor, had me create a Facebook account to try and contact old school friends. Now he is getting married and, without ever having the internet, needs me to close his account. Problem is, I do not recall the info - sign in name and password, in order to do this for him. How can I close this account?

What if I only know his real name...the name I used to sign him up? I'm SURE it is, at least in part, in his user name too?

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If necessary, refer to the "My login email address is invalid or expired" section of http://www.facebook.com/help/?search=reset+password.
