Not Printing Yellow

My printer has a new yellow cartridge & is registering full. I have printed copy but yellow is not working . I have run all checks as advised by the manual . What now please.

Greetings. Try clean the contacts with q-tip. Both the yellow cartridge's and the printer's. Do try a different cartridge if possible.
