Smudge
When I print a photograph, there is a smudge on the same spot every time. It appears, perhaps, to be like a feed roller sticking and leaving the mark. It is about 1 1/2 inches in and 3 inches down on and 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Any thoughts?

1 Unpack
If anything is missing, contact Epson® as described on the printer
1 Connect the power cable.
Caution: Do not connect to maintain reliability. Remove all protective materials.
2 Turn on the back of this sheet. Cartridges are ready ...

3 Install ink cartridges
Note: Don't load paper before installing the ink cartridges.
1 Lift up the printer cover.
2 Open the cartridge cover.
3 Shake the ink cartridges gently 4 or 5 times, then unpack them.
4 Remove only the yellow tape from the cartridges.
5 Insert the cartridges in the holder for each cartridge.
Caution: Don't remove any other seals from each color.
