Will 126 Ink Refills Work In A Stylus Nx420 Printer?

No, this ink refill will not work properly on your Epson Stylus NX420. Your printer could detect it as an incompatible ink cartridges. You can buy compatible ink cartridges for this printer/scanner online. These are the links to the available ink cartridges.
