Your Epson Stylus N11 does not register your newly installed ink cartridge because you might have installed either an incompatible ink cartridge or non-original one. You have to consider installing the compatible and original ink cartridge for your Epson printer. You can purchase original ink cartridges for Epson Stylus N11 from the links below.
