On My Macbook Air And Fastfoto Subfolders

When scanning photos with Epson FF-680w, i follow prompts create subfolders and pictures are not scanning to proper folder. All scans are going to one fastfoto folder

If you refer to page 24 of the user guide onwards it explains how to scan photos and states that you should create a folder where the pictures should go. Unless you state a location then the software would create a default folder where it will store your scans.
