My Electrolux Wall Oven Ew30ew55gs7 Model.

I have this wall oven purchased exactly 4 years and 11 months ago. It had the sensor assembly and controller replaced 2-19-2015. Shortly after Christmas 2016, our baked items just started burning on one side in the back and the centers stopped cooking. Why is this happening all of the sudden one month right before our 5 year protection plan is expired?
