Washer Won't Fill With Water

my electrolux washer wont fill with water when you turn it on you just get a loud humming sound. The tubseems to spin freely. What do you think it is.

Hi! It's probably a clog in the water supply. This is the first thing that I would check, both from the plumbing as well as internally in the machine.
