Hello ifaz - Error code E20 indicates that the water doesn’t drain. This could be caused by either the drain hose is kinked or your household drain is clogged. If the drain pump is making a humming noise, check the restriction in the drain line. If not, then you might need to contact a professional to possibly replace the pump or timer.
