Electrolux Dryer Model # Eied55hiw
My dryer is giving a E64 error code. How do I reset it?

Hey kgarcia200835, thank you for your inquiry. I understand that you are receiving an error code "E64" on your dryer. The error code you are experiencing, E64, indicates the heater circuit inside the dryer is considered "open" and not operating correctly.I would recommend doing a hard reset by unplugging or turning the household power breaker off to the appliance for five to ten minutes. If the problem persists, please reach out to a professional technician to check the heater coils and connections for any open circuits. The heater and/or connected writing may need to be replaced.
