Sanitize Light Does Not Come On

The red sanitize light does not come on when the sanitize button is pushed.  Dishes do not get steamed clean during the wash cycle and stay wet.  No steam when door opened right after the cycle is done.  Any ideas??

Without being there to diagnose the unit, sounds like you have a disconnect in communication with that setting and the rest of the unit through the control board. May be an easy adjustment but you would need to contact a service professional to do so.
