The thermal fuse could be a device designed to safeguard the drier from warming. The fuse is found on the blower housing or at the dryer's heat supply like the component on electrical dryers or at the burner on gas models. The fuse ought to be closed for continuity that means it's an eternal electrical path through it once smart. If hot the fuse candon't have any continuity that means the electrical path is broken and also the fuse has blown. A multimeter may bewont to take a look at it for continuity. remember that a blown thermal fuse is a sign of a restricted exhaust vent from the drier to the surface. continuously check the drier discharge once substitution a blown thermal fuse.
