Eastjet Online Check In

Hi, I have booked my flights through easyjet and I am flying from Luton airport and it says I can check in online 30 days before departure of flight. I can see an option to check in online only a tab to print baording passes. Is this the online check in and if I print these do I still have to arrive 2 hours before my flight and line up at the check in desk to put my luggage in? Thanks
