i was told by my dm that managers are suppose to close two nights out of a week! So my question is this new manager does not work nights and she keep putting me down for nights like we caint rotate! After 6yrs of me work there she writes me up but she only been manager not even a month and she dont even do what she writes me up for becuse she dont close unless somebody calls in and she caint find nobody else! Now is this right or legal?
