With Whom Would I Speak To Make A Complaint About A Dg Store Manager

"Rick," according to his nametag, is the store manager for the DG in Wears Valley Tn. I have recently learned that this "man" has put his arm around my wife on several occasions, though he was asked not too, and then informed my wife that he was moving to another store and asked if she would "come by and see him." I would hope that this is unacceptable behavior for any DG employee, much less a manager, and I expect immediate censure of "Rick" if not his immediate termination.
