Hi, I would be happy to help! Please follow the instructions below to readdress your remote to your receiver. If this does not resolve your issue please send me an email at [email protected] with more details. Thank you!

1. Take the remote to the TV one location (where the receiver is) Press the menu button on the front of the receiver.

2. Press and hold down the SAT button on the remote until all the lights are lit.

3. Enter any number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

4. Press the pound(#) button once.

5. Press the record button 3 times.
