Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with your DISH remote working your TV. Have you tried pressing the clear TV button on the top of the remote? If it lights up when you are trying to change channels but they are physically not changing then it sounds like you will need to readdress the remote to your TV. There should be a channel up and down button on the TV itself that you can use to get the Tv back on channel 60.

To readdress the remote to the TV follow these steps: find the remote codes for your specific TV manufacturer here-

http://www.mydish.com/support/apps/remotecodes.aspx

Remotes: Television Only
1. Turn the Television On.
2. Press and hold the clear TV Mode button for three seconds until the buttons on top light up. Release the TV Mode button and it will be flashing.
3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
4. Press the pound (#) button under the number 9.

Note: The TV mode light will flash three times.

Please test the functionality of the remote with the TV.

Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television and try the next 3 digit code on the list.

If you have any issues or additional questions, please feel free to e-mail me directly. Thank you!
