Hi, I would be happy to assist you! There are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue. Please check to see if you're experiencing and bad weather in the area. You can also check the connections on the back of the receiver to make sure everything is connected and hand tight. Please try resetting the receiver by unplugging it from the wall outlet for 10 seconds. If this does not resolve the issue please send us an email at [email protected].
