Hello there!

I am sorry to hear about the loss of some of your channels, if you can tell me a few of the channels I can determine if it may have been the result of a contract negotiation. Another possible cause of this can be that you have changed the electronic program guide to another display setting which can make it appear as though you have lost channels. You can ensure you are on the correct display setting which is, All channels/Subs by accessing the program guide, in the upper left corner of the guide screen it will have the current program guide display setting you are currently on for ex.- Favorites list, All Channels/subs, All HD, etc. Please press the guide button again while still on the program guide & you will notice the guide display setting change, please press until you select, All Channels or All Subs and then check if the missing channels are now back.
