Volume Suddenly Not Working

the volume was working then when i turned the tv on the next time it wasn't. what do i need to do?

You need to get the speaker changed or once you open the cabinet of tv then you can watch the jack of the speaker if it is open or not. Hope this answer is helpful .

When you turn on the TV and this happened, were you using the remote? Or were you just turning the TV on by the TV itself? If this happened while using the remote--check the remote batteries; try replacing them and see if the issue still exists.

Also check to see if you can adjust the volume on the TV itself...are you still experiencing issues?

If changing the remote batteries fixes the issue, then you know it was the remote. If it doesn't fix the issue and you have tried adjusting the TV volume by the TV itself, and still have issues---then unfortunately, you would need to seek service repairs.

Another option would be to speak with Samsung Support, advise them of your setup and issue, to see if they can walk you through some troubleshooting tips not mentioned.
