Hi there, I would be more than happy to help with this issue. I can understand how frustrating this can be! In order to resolve this issue you are going to need to take your TV2 remote to the TV1 location where the receiver is so that we can readdress the remote to the receiver. Once you are at that location please follow the steps below. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to email me at [email protected].

1. Press the system info button on the receiver. This will take you to the system info screen.

2. Press and hold down the SAT button on the TV2 remote until all the lights on the remote light up.

3. Enter a number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

4. Press the pound(#) button once.

5. Press the record button 3 times.

6. The number you chose should show up on the system info screen next to secondary remote address.

7. Select done on the TV1 remote.
