Hi, I apologize about the trouble. If you can still hear the TV show but are not getting a picture it may be caused for a few reasons. The first thing you want to do is verify all your connections are tight, sometimes it helps to remove and reconnect. The next thing you can try is resetting the receiver. You can unplug the receiver from the wall for one min and reconnect. The receiver will reboot. If this does not correct issue you can see if it is on wrong input or aux mode. If your remote is programmed to the TV, hit the TV button on top left than hit the TV/Video input button. Each time you hit the button it will go to a different mode, once it has cycled through all modes it will come back to the one you started on.
