When I Turn The Tv/receiver On The Volume Is At The Loudest Setting.

the usual setting on our volume is about 10. when turning back on the set/reciver the volume is at the loudest setting. and have to scroll back to our normal setting . what can I do to prevent this? thanks

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the volume on your TV. When you turn your TV and receiver off after using it, and the volume is set at 10, when you turn it back on again, even after just a moment, the volume is turned all the way up. The Volume is a TV function so I would check the TV remote and the DISH remote to insure something is not holding the volume up button or if it is stuck. The TV is supposed to keep the volume at the same level until it is manually changed. Please email me and let me know what is happening and I will assist you further if you need. Thank you!
