We Have No Signal

we have no signal message on tv and with the remote it is not turning the box on or off the green light is on the box

if your television just has a message bouncing around that says no signal than you either do not have the reciever hooked up to the tv properly or the tv is on the wrong input. through the dish network reciever in should never just say "no signal". it will either say "acquiring satallite signal" and do a 0-5 countdown or it will say "your signal has been lost" and it will say to either contact dish or try another channel
