Hi, I am sorry that you are having an issue with your signal on one of your receivers. You are experiencing a complete signal loss into that receiver at this time. When you go to the System menu screen if does show real time connectivity with the satellite. In the Check Switch Screen, the all green is from the last time that the check switch was run and then the results were saved. When you ran the test you should have received an "836" message which stated you had fewer satellites than previously detected. You should have been instructed to cancel out of this message and to not save the results. Did you change any of the wires on the back of the receiver at all? I would recommend verifying the satellite cable is connected hand tight to the wall where it comes into the room and where it attaches to the back of the receiver. There shall be a little box with one cable in and two cables connecting to the TV please make sure these connections are hand tight as well. If you have done all that and still no signal, then you will need to wait for the technician, as the most probable cause will be outside the home.
