Hi I Received A Gift From Dish For One Month Of Epix Movies Cant Link

hello i recieved a gift of one month of epix movies but the link given to me in the card doesnt get me to a link to register or accept, how do i do that, thank you

Go to this page for the promo starting Jan. 17th - Mar. 31st! I just checked the site & it's now functioning. It redirects you to an account creation page or if you already have an online account with dish, just login. I hope you enjoy the month’s movie offerings.
