I hit the dish button on the remote by mistake and now the picture is gone. How do I fix

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your DISH picture. Are the lights on on the DISH receiver box? Please turn the TV off and then when you turn it back on, please tell me what channel number or name appears on the TV? You should be on channel 3 or an input.
