Patial Signal Loss 002 Signal Code 11-12-11

Earlier it played fine, first time it had complete signal loss 015a 11-11-11Then partial signal loss 002 11-12-11 there is no visible snow on the dish itself so I dont know

You'll need to call DirecTV and have them adjust the dish. It could also be that something like a tree branch is in the line of sight.
