i was a long time ago customer of dish network before they stole my reciever i was lucky that i got back the reciever but dint get back the card how can i get back a card and become a dish user again

We would love to have you back in the family, and I can provide more information on this. It is definitely possible to get a smartcard sent out, however I would need to see what is going on to confirm the best course of action.
