Movie Partially Downloaded Won't Replay.

We downloaded a movie and it don't finish downloading. So we tried again. Movie shows twice on DVR rentals and neither one will replay. How do I resolve thisproblem?

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your movie downloading and I would like to assist you further. Can you please email me directly and let me know what shows on the TV when you try to play the event back. Have you been able to download any IPVODs to your receiver? Please include you account or phone number so I can verify the equipment. Thank you!
