I'm not a customer so I'm not sure what you are trying to download. If you are having a problem logging in or setting up a Dish account then I suggest you contact CS @ the numbers below to assist you.

Go to this page for the promo starting Jan. 17th - Mar. 31st! I just checked the site & it's functioning. It redirects you to an account creation page or if you already have an online account with dish, just login. I hope you enjoy the month’s movie offerings.
