Master Channel

how do I fix the "Master Channel not available" that is displayed on screen? No programs can be selected.

Hi, DISH does not have a Master channel so this must be a message from the Tv itself. Have you tried to change the Inputs on the TV itself? There should be an input, source, or video button on the Tv and see if can get them to change on the TV. If you are still having an issue, please email me directly. Thank you!
