Lost Signal For Over 24 Hours

is there a signal failure for Oklahoma that we don't know about - haven't had signal since yesterday afternoon, ( 3/10/11). Yes the bill has been paid. do we need to call customer service for help?

Hi, This is Mary with Dish Network. There are a few thing we can try to get your signal back. If you are not having any severe weather in the area and are getting a 015 message"Acquiring Satellite Signal", you can unplug the receiver box from the power for 10 seconds and then let the receiver reset itself. This will allow the receiver to reboot and should restore your signal. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you will probably need to call Technician Support at Dish Network.
