How Do I Install A Vcr And Dvd Player To My Dish Network ?

I have a basic Sanyo tv and both my vcr and dvd player Toshiba. The vcr is model W515 the dvd player is SD310V and I have a black box from Radio Shack that has 4 inputs I used to be able to watch dvd after making some changes but it has been so long I forgot how to do it. can you help. The dish and receiver both work great.

Normally your VCR is connected from the DISH receiver using either a coax cable or an RCA (yellow, white, red) to the IN on the back of the VCR. Then from the OUT on the back of the VCR you connect either a coax or RCA cable to the TV. If using coax, the VCR would be on channel 3 or 4 (normally 3) and the TV either on channel 3 or 4, depends on the VCR. If you are using an RCA cable, the TV would be on an input setting. The ports on the back of the TV should be labeled (e.g. video 1, 2...)

Normally you would connect your DVD directly to the TV using either type of cable. I hope this helps.
